Dear Students,
As the final exams approach, we would like to remind everyone to adhere to the following exam rules to ensure fairness and integrity during the exams:
1. 请同学们提前10分钟到达考场，按指定座位就坐，带好学生证。Please arrive at the exam place 10 minutes before the exam starts and take your designated seat. Don’t forget to bring your student ID card.
2. 考试过程中，禁止携带任何与考试无关的物品，如手机、书籍、计算器、笔记本等。During the exam, no unauthorized materials such as mobile phones, books, calculators or notes are allowed.
3. 遵守监考老师的守则和指令。Follow the instructions of the teachers.
以下作弊行为将严肃处理：The following behaviors will be punished severely:
1. 抄袭他人试卷：在考试中若被发现抄袭他人试卷，将按作弊处理。Plagiarism: Copying from another student’s exam paper is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
2. 带入或使用电子设备：包括手机、智能手表、耳机等。Bring or Use of Electronic Devices: This includes mobile phones, smartwatches, earphones, etc.
3. 抄写作弊资料：在试卷或其他物品上携带与考试内容相关的资料。Cheat Sheets: Carrying any written materials or notes related to the exam content.
4. 代考：请勿委托他人代为参加考试或代为作答。Impersonation: Having someone else take the exam on your behalf or completing the exam for another person.
因作弊被处分的学生将取消奖学金评定资格，取消学位。情节严重的将受到开除学籍的处分。Students who are punished for cheating will have their scholarship eligibility revoked and their degree revoked. Those with serious circumstances will be expelled from school.
